Inlinex Booking System

Designed and built a complete appointment booking system for Inlinex, Singapore's leading inline skate retailer. The system features WhatsApp-based OTP verification via Meta Cloud API, intelligent time slot management that differentiates between blocking and non-blocking visit purposes (fittings, repairs, pickups, wheel purchases), and automated WhatsApp reminders using approved message templates. The booking widget is embedded as an iframe on the Shopify storefront with real-time height synchronisation and mobile-responsive design. Key features include progressive rate limiting to prevent abuse, international phone support with country flag selector, PostgreSQL-stored repair photos, admin timeline view for managing appointments, and a cron-based reminder system that sends personalised messages 24 hours before each visit.
